Description
For nearly forty years Chris Packham has been the voice of nature in the UK. Through his groundbreaking work on The Really Wild Show, Springwatch, Inside Our Autistic Minds and Earth, Chris has devoted his remarkable life to engaging with the natural world - and urging us all to do the same.
Join Chris as he opens an encyclopaedia of stories from his lifetime of curiosity and conviction. From a childhood bedroom bursting with feathers, skulls, jam-jars full of tadpoles, snakes and lizards, foxes and badgers, to the wild adventures that shaped his love of nature, and the practical things we can all do in our daily lives to make a difference in a time of crisis.
Experience an evening alive with discovery, with the chance to see extraordinary specimens from Chris’s own collection up close, hear untold stories from behind the camera, and share in his infectious passion for the living world.
If you care about everything that creeps, crawls, slithers and slimes - if you believe the world can still be saved - then this is your night. Because the dinosaur in the room isn’t fiction. It’s real. And it’s demanding your attention!
