Description
This time we are gathering to talk about a topic that we don't talk about enough among women: leadership... Wait, keep reading.
We are leaders!! Yes, you are! It's just that society doesn't always recognise your leadership. Maybe you're leading a household, or perhaps you're leading multiple initiatives at your child's school to raise funds. Maybe you have a leadership role at work. Or maybe you're advocating for your community or your country. Perhaps you have just stepped into a new leadership role, or you are running your own business.
Let's have an honest conversation about where we are in terms of our own leadership. How does it feel?
Are you aware of your leadership? What do you want from our society?
We are leaders, and we have to start acknowledging ourselves. For years and years, women's leadership has not been recognised.
We are living through moments of chaos and war, in the middle of an ecological crisis. Mother Earth, Pachamama, is crying out for our wisdom and for holistic women leaders to emerge.
For years, men's leadership has been recognised and rewarded. But what about women who dedicate themselves to social initiatives and bring solutions to their communities? What about the woman who leads her household and pauses her career to care for her baby and family? Does she receive a salary? Has the interest on her student loan stopped? Does society recognise her work and help her continue building her pension?
What about us? What about her? What about you?
We are going to gather in circle, as women, to talk about our own leadership.
Invite a friend, because she is a leader too and she might need this space.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your bottle of water :)
Love,

Before coaching, I co-founded and led a multicultural
business in Cambridge with a team of 20+ people giving her
first-hand experience of the pressures of leadership, performance
management, and building culture across a diverse workforce. That
operational background now shapes how she coaches: with a deeper
understanding of what leaders are actually up against, not just theory
about it.
I works with individuals and groups from university
leadership programmes to corporate teams. I has been working in
the UK, Spain, Venezuela and Kenya.
Based on my personal background, I am well placed to support people navigating complex challenges in their daily lives and relationships. As a migrant, I understand firsthand the reality of starting over in a new country, learning a language, adapting to unfamiliar cultural norms, and dealing with the subtle and not-so-subtle effects of displacement.
As a woman, I am aware of the ongoing effort it takes to navigate systems shaped by patriarchy and unequal power dynamics, and how these experiences can influence identity, confidence, and decision-making.
In my coaching practice and group coaching sessions, I work with both verbal and non-verbal approaches. This includes engaging with dreams, imagery, symbols, colours, music, storytelling, and creative or performative expression, alongside moments of silence and reflection. I also integrate nature as a grounding element in the process.
I use these tools to facilitate access to emotions that are difficult to name. As a coach, I support you through a conscious process so you can better understand yourself and make decisions that are aligned with your own purpose.
